Jessica and Mataio tied the knot in a beautiful wedding held in Huntington Beach. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. The weather was just as gorgeous as the bride and the breeze was as cool as the groom. LOL was that cheesy or what? Seriously, though, it was a beautiful day and the spirit of “aloha” was abound. I met Jesse & Mataio at the wedding of their good friends back in March. I remember watching them dance to “Foot Loose” and thinking what a fun couple they were. More obvious was just how much in love they were. When Jesse contacted me to shoot their wedding, I was thrilled :-) When we met to go over details of the big day, I knew it was going to be great and that these two love birds would be awesome to work with. As usual (and you can confirm with my husband), I was right! Jesse and Mataio made my “job” too easy and so much fun. I had a great day meeting their families and by the end of the night, I felt like I was part of the family too. Thanks, Jesse & Mataio for letting me capture memories of your amazing day.
