Long Beach Wedding Photographer – Ericka & Darren
February 17, 2010Last Sunday I had the opportunity to do something I’m hoping to do a lot more of this year…shoot a wedding! Ericka & Darren were married on Valentine’s day in Long Beach. I couldn’t help but get a feeling of deja vu because I documented a very similar love story last year for another couple – but that was then and this is now :-)
Ericka & Darren were so much fun to work with. Before seeing them that day, I wondered if the Marine/groom would smile much in the photos because as a general rule, Marines are supposed to look intimidating and all that oorah stuff, but Darren couldn’t contain his happiness and he was all smiles that day. Don’t worry Uncle Sam, he’s still very intimidating, even when he smiles :-) Ericka was a vision of gorgeousness and an all around super sweet bride – no wonder why her hubby couldn’t stop smiling. He’s a very lucky guy.
Ericka and Darren, thanks so much for the opportunity to photograph your special day. You two are so perfect together and I wish you a lifetime of happiness. Ooorah!!!
