Last weekend I returned to my roots in the South Bay to do a maternity shoot for Betty in her gorgeous home in Palos Verdes. This shoot almost didn’t happen there because Betty had been in the hospital on bed rest for a month and wasn’t sure if she’d be stuck there for the rest of her pregnancy. Fortunately, she was released and I didn’t have to deal with yucky fluorescent lighting in a hospital room. Betty’s still on bed rest, but the views from her home sure beat any hospital room! Oh, did I mention she’s having twins? Hmm, I can only imagine what that must be like :-)
